Had the same youth ministry service today, but...the boys brigade joined us for service today...got to see my class mates and sme other frienz of mine...left hse at 9:30, badly bus came at 9:45 and finally reached the station at 10am....and anyway...i was supposed to be in church at 10, obviously, i was Very late.
so basically...reached church for jamming at 10:30, i learned the settings for sound and hopefully able to serve the ministry next wk! yay! it was quite complex but however...it takes practice to get it right...starting, i made a blunder...accidentally clicked off the main power switch below the control board...no wonder no sound.... But anyway lar...steven came to help and, erm, everything was fine...
so i learn the sound projection and also helped to set up the activities for later, service started earlier today, as the Boys brigade are joining us. So soon, the service started, and got to noe each other through ice-breakers, played an activity game which requires us to construct a church using the materials >>>wooden chopsticks, paper clips, pins, drawing paper, coloured paper, and the materials scissors, glue and scotch tape....hmmm, did i miss anything out??
so we had service after that...the bb boys went out to play captain's ball, i stayed inside and jammed wth the other musicians...basically, played the piano and cordinate wth the drums, yeah! So happy, they have a grand piano, but a little out of tune, it's like such a rare chance that i get to play on a grand piano...ya...
So that's all, we all went to J8 for dinner at sakae sushi...ya, so fun, eating and picking the sushi from the tray belt.... so i paid a total of $7.60 and tried the unagi sushi...wa, tasty and nice...
So that's all liao, now very tired, reached hme at 10:40pm...so late, goin off liao lar...byes...
